Mr Justice Pang Kin-kee, SBS (彭鍵基) is Chairman of the Electoral Affairs Commission (EAC), Judge of the Court of First Instance of the High Court in Hong Kong.〔(Recipients of HKSAR Honours and Awards )〕 ==Biography== Pang was born in China in 1947. He was educated at the Diocesan Boys' School in Hong Kong, and was called to the English Bar in 1978 and started his career in private practice between 1979 and 1985. He was admitted as Barrister and Solicitor in Australia in 1983. In 1985, he had been appointed Magistrate of the Hong Kong Judiciary and became a District Judge in 1987. Since 1997, he has been Judge of the Court of First Instance of the High Court.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Press Release – New appointment to the Judicial Officers Recommendation Commission )〕 Pang served as member of the Judicial Officers Recommendation Commission from 27 January 2000 to 30 June 2001, in place of the Hon.
